Interaction between anti-HCV direct anti-viral agents and other drugs

Abstract:

With the emergence of patients with chronic hepatitis C (CHC) in special groups, the treatment options of interferon and ribavirin is no longer suitable, and direct anti-viral agents (DAAs) bring the benefits for the patients with CHC. This article aims to compile and analyze the interactions between anti-HCV DAAs and other drugs which mentioned in EASL, in order to guide the application of DAAs in clinic.
