Abstract:

Helper T lymphocytes (Th) 22 were the newly discovered Th cell lineage with cell phenotypes such as CCR4+, CCR6+ and CCR10+, which could play important roles in mediating inflammatory responses, tissue repair, wound healing, infectious diseases, tumors, liver diseases and autoimmune diseases through interleukin-22 (IL-22), and had gradually become a research hotspot. This paper reviewed about the research progress of Th22 and IL-22.

Key words: Helper T lymphocytes 22, Interleukin-22, Research progress
