124例布鲁菌病患者血清肝功能指标的检测

目的

分析乌鲁木齐地区124例布鲁菌病患者肝功能及感染相关指标的变化，为临床诊治提供依据。

方法

选取2012年10月至2015年8月124例布鲁菌病患者为病例组，100例同期健康体检者为对照组。分别检测两组研究对象血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、γ谷氨酰胺转移酶（GGT）、碱性磷酸酶（ALP）、总胆红素（TBil）、直接胆红素（DBil）、总蛋白（TP）、白蛋白（ALB）、超敏C-反应蛋白（sCRP）和降钙素原（PCT）以及白细胞介素-6（IL-6）的水平。

结果

病例组患者肝脏功能指标：ALT、AST、GGT和ALP水平分别为（94.6 ± 48.0）U/L、（72.9 ± 31.1）U/L、（108.2 ± 53.0）U/L和（131.2 ± 56.3）U/L，显著高于对照组的（31.1 ± 21.4）U/L、（26.5 ± 9.41）U/L、（35.2 ± 30.5）U/L和（61.9 ± 24.9）U/L，差异均具有统计学意义（t = 13.2、11.0、12.9、12.3，P均< 0.001）；病例组患者感染相关指标sCRP、PCT、IL-6水平分别为（59.8 ± 23.7）mg/L、（10.9 ± 3.77）ng/ml和（16.2 ± 12.8）pg/ml，显著高于对照组的（3.07 ± 1.20）mg/L、（0.37 ± 0.17）ng/ml和（4.58 ± 1.97）pg/ml，差异均具有统计学意义（t = 28.1、31.0、9.96，P均< 0.001）。

结论

布鲁菌病患者部分肝功能指标升高提示患者肝功能受损，该疾病患者有明显的非特异性炎症相关指标的升高。

Objective

To investigate the changes of liver function and infection-related indicators of patients with brucellosis, and to provide the basis for the diagnosis and treatment of brucellosis.

Methods

Total of 124 patients with brucellosis were collected as observation group and 100 cases with physical examination as control group from October 2012 to August 2015. Alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), gamma glutamine transferase (GGT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), total protein (TBil) and direct bilirubin (DBil), total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), ultra-sensitive C-reactive proteins (sCRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and procalcitonin (PCT) were detected, respectively.

Results

The liver function indexes of ALT, AST, GGT and ALP of the patients in observation group were (94.6 ± 48.0) U/L, (72.9 ± 31.1) U/L, (108.2 ± 53.0) U/L and (131.2 ± 56.3) U/L, respectively, significantly higher than those of the control group which were (31.1 ± 21.4) U/L, (26.5 ± 9.41) U/L, (35.2 ± 30.5) U/L and (61.9 ± 24.9) U/L, with significant differences (t = 13.2, 11.0, 12.9 and 12.3, all P < 0.01). The infection related indexes of SCRP, PCT and IL-6 of the patients in observation group were (59.8 ± 23.7) mg/L, (10.9 ± 3.77) ng/ml and (16.2 ± 12.8) pg/ml, respectively, significantly higher than those of the control group which were (3.07 ± 1.20) mg/L, (0.37 ± 0.17) ng/ml and (4.58 ± 1.97) pg/ml, with significant differences (t = 28.1, 31.0 and 9.96, all P < 0.01).

Conclusions

The elevated liver function indexes showed that there were impaired liver function in patients with brucellosis, and the nonspecific inflammation related markers of patients with brucellosis were significantly increased.
