为了更好地实现2030年消除病毒性肝炎危害的目标，2024年3月30日世界卫生组织在亚太肝病学会年会上发布了最新版《慢性乙型肝炎患者的预防、诊断、关怀及治疗指南》，新版指南更新的核心为扩大检测和治疗范围并简化管理策略。WHO结合全球范围特别是低收入和中等收入国家的现实情况，对2015版指南进行了更新。本文对该指南的推荐意见进行摘译并做初步解读。

In order to better achieve the goal of eliminating viral hepatitis by 2030, the World Health Organization (WHO) released the latest version of the guidelines for the prevention, diagnosis, care and treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients at the Asia-Pacific Association for the Study of the Liver annual meeting on March 30th, 2024. The core of the new guidelines is to expand the scope of testing and treatment and simplify the management strategy. WHO updated the 2015 guidelines according to the reality of the world, especially in low- and middle-income countries. This article makes an excerpt and preliminary interpretation of the recommendations of the guidelines.
